🚛 Industry & Technical Skills • Commercial Vehicle Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of vehicle specifications (GVW/Gross Vehicle Weight, payload capacities, axle configurations, emission standards) to match the right vehicle to the client's business needs. • Auto Finance & Credit Structuring: Strong familiarity with retail asset lending, commercial vehicle loans, hypothecation, Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, and collaborating with NBFCs/banks for seamless credit approvals. • TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Analysis: Ability to calculate and present cost-benefit analyses, fuel efficiency metrics, maintenance costs, and ROI payloads to corporate buyers and fleet operators. • Dealer & Channel Management: Capability to manage, audit, and support sub-dealer networks, brokers, and local influencers to maximize market penetration. • CRM & DMS Proficiency: Mastery of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and modern CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho CRM to track pipelines, inventory, and team productivity. 📈 Sales & Strategic Management • B2B & Fleet Account Management: Experience navigating long corporate sales cycles, responding to institutional tenders, and building long-term relationships with logistics companies, transporters, and infrastructure firms. • Territory & Market Mapping: Competence in identifying high-potential geographic pockets, cargo hubs, and industrial clusters to strategically position the sales team. • Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Ability to project aggressive yet realistic monthly/quarterly volume targets, manage discounts, and maintain department profitability. • Secondary Market & Trade-ins: Knowledge of used commercial vehicle (UCV) valuation rules to successfully manage exchange programs and trade-ins
